I’m Omer Bekar, a real estate professional with Keller Williams St. Johns, serving Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities. I hold Florida real estate license SL3662783 and I’m a member of realMLS, the Northeast Florida multiple listing service (member ID 84621).
Before real estate, I worked in wholesaling. That background gave me something a licensing course can’t: a habit of looking at a property and immediately asking what it costs, what it needs, what it’s actually worth, and who it’s really right for.
I’m currently studying Business Management at the University of North Florida. I’m building this career for the long term — which is a practical statement, not a sentimental one.
How I work
- You reach me. Not an assistant, not a call center, not a lead-routing system.
- You get the whole picture. Including the parts that argue against the sale — the CDD assessment, the flood zone, the roof age, the comparable that closed low last month.
- You decide. My job is to make you the best-informed person in the room, then support whatever you choose.
Three languages
I’m fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Showings, negotiations, inspection reports, lender conversations: any of it, in any of the three. This entire website is available in all three languages.
